Questions

What is a deep check?: A normal lookup scores the account's own profile. A deep check also reads its friends list and looks at a spread of the friends on it: how old their accounts are, whether their profiles have anything on them, and whether they are friends with each other. It draws the result as a web and adjusts the score. It needs an account, and a deep check of an account with no visible friends isn't counted.
What counts as a lookup?: Each account you check that isn't already in the short-term cache. Opening the same result again within a few minutes is free, and a lookup that fails isn't counted (up to ten a day). Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC.
Can a free allowance run out early?: Occasionally. To keep the service fair, free and guest lookups also share a daily cap per network (a household, school or mobile carrier) and across the whole site. If one of those is reached, free lookups pause until 00:00 UTC. Pro accounts aren't affected by the shared caps.
How do I cancel?: From your account page, open “Manage billing” and cancel there. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop back to Free.
Can I get my money back?: Yes. Your first payment is refundable for 14 days, no questions asked. The details are in the Refund Policy.
Does Pro make the score more accurate?: No. Every plan gets the same checks and the same score. It's an estimate from public data on any plan, never proof.
Which payment methods can I use?: Checkout is run by Stripe and offers the cards and wallets available in your country. We never see or store your card details.
