Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and DENIXYZ (“we”, “us”), the operator of Roblox Alt Checker (the “service”). By using the service or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What the service does

You enter a Roblox username or user ID. We fetch that account's publicly visible profile information from Roblox and calculate a score estimating how likely it is to be a secondary (“alt”) account, along with the signals behind the score.

The score is an automated estimate based on public information only. It is not proof of anything, it can be wrong in both directions, and it must not be treated as a statement of fact about any person.

The service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the age of digital consent in your country is higher, you must be at least that age or have your parent's or guardian's permission.
• If you are under 18, you may only buy a subscription with the permission of a parent or guardian, using a payment method they have authorised.
• Give a real email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Accounts are for one person. Don't share an account or create several accounts to get around the limits.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use results to harass, bully, threaten, shame or dox anyone, or present a score as proof that someone is cheating, evading a ban, or lying about who they are;
• get around daily limits or other restrictions, for example with multiple accounts, proxies or automated tools;
• scrape the service, call it from bots or scripts, or resell or republish its output as a service of your own;
• probe, overload, or interfere with the service or the systems it runs on;
• use the service to break any law or anyone else's rights, or to break Roblox's own rules.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans, limits and ads

The service can be used without an account, with a free account, or with a paid Pro subscription. Each has a daily lookup allowance; the current allowances and what Pro includes are shown on the pricing page. The free tiers are funded by advertising, so they show ads supplied by Google. Pro does not show ads.

We may change features and allowances over time. If a change makes Pro materially worse for you, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of the period you've paid for.

5. Payments and renewal

• Pro is a subscription. The price, currency and billing period are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your card details.
• Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page under “Manage billing”. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and, if it still fails, move your account back to the free plan.
• Prices may be shown with or without tax depending on where you are; any tax due is shown at checkout.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Availability

The service depends on Roblox's public website data, which Roblox can change, limit or withdraw at any time without telling us. Individual checks, or the whole service, may be unavailable or incomplete as a result. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue the service. If we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.

8. Ownership

We own the site, its design and its scoring method. Roblox profile information shown in results belongs to Roblox and its users. You may use results for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. You rely on any score at your own risk.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and USD 20.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we close a Pro account for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of the period you've paid for.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll announce it on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction not set]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts.
