Refund Policy

Effective 29 September 2026

This policy covers payments for Roblox Alt Checker Pro. It is part of our Terms of Service.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Pro is switched off when the refund is made. The guarantee applies once per customer.

Renewals

Pro renews automatically until you cancel. If a renewal went through that you didn't want, tell us within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it and cancel the subscription. Renewal payments older than that aren't refundable, except as set out below.

When we always refund

• Duplicate or mistaken charges — refunded in full whenever you report them.
• Pro wasn't usable — if a fault on our side kept Pro from working for a substantial part of a billing period, we'll refund that part.
• We end the service or your subscription without it being a breach of the terms on your side — we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
• We make Pro materially worse and you cancel because of it — we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page under “Manage billing”. Cancelling stops future charges. It doesn't by itself refund the current period: you keep Pro until the period ends, then move to the free plan.

Deleting your account ends Pro immediately. Unused time isn't refunded unless one of the cases above applies.

When we don't refund

• Payments outside the time limits above.
• Accounts suspended or closed for breaking the Terms of Service, unless the law requires a refund.

How to ask

Email [contact email not set] from the address on your account and tell us which payment it's about. We aim to reply within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 working days to show them.

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the law. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country that gives you a right to cancel a purchase within 14 days, the money-back guarantee above gives you at least that, and nothing here limits any right that can't be limited by law.
